Dority had a lot of interesting teachers back in the '90s.
Mr Charles Akuneme, the English teacher, cracked jokes nonstop during lesson hours.
Mr.Louis Onwuegbuchulam, the Physical Education teacher, could laugh with you one minute, then flog you the next minute.
Mr Ogbonna Elekwa, the Chemistry teacher, liked to lecture about morality.
Ms Ifeoma Ojingwa, the Biology teacher, would patiently explain a topic over and over again.
Each teacher had a quality or trait that made him/her stand out.
But out of all the teachers, there was one who stood out the most.
Mr.Moses Ineh.
He dressed well, spoke well, understood multiple languages, could play basketball, table tennis, volleyball and badminton and was strict when he needed to be.
I wasn't always in his good books, but I liked the way he handled issues.
For all those reasons and many more, he was my favourite D.I.S.S teacher.
Our teachers were more than teachers, they were our mentors, coaches and supporters. Mr Elekwa, Mr Damian Nwosuagwu, Mrs Chibuzor, Mr Abosi Mukete, Sir Louis Onwuegbuchulam. They were the greatest and in my eyes they could do no wrong!
Nice one, Adaku 👍
Though Mr. Ineh was outstanding as a Coordinator, Mr. Favourite male teacher was Mr. A. E. Iwuoha. While my favourite female teachers were Miss Ifeoma Ojinwa (Biology) and Mrs Chibuzor Ugwa (Mathematics)
